A baker at a bakery and then the son of a confectioner - you can't make this up! Jobhopper Dominik visited Klein's Backstube in Hürth. A huge bakery that supplies and delivers to many branches here in the Rhineland. Baker Murad has been baking and kneading for over 20 years and puts his heart and soul into it. Pastries, snails, breads, croissants... Murad can do them all and sends thousands on their way every day. Jobhopper Dominik was able to spend a day seeing, smelling, and tasting how it all works and is coordinated. Murad loves his work, the craft of working with food. That's why he chose a career as a baker. Working with his hands - that's what Murad thinks is so special about his job. Preparing the dough, letting it rest, bringing it to the desired temperature, and then into the oven. Murad can't understand why fewer and fewer people are training to be bakers. He especially enjoys teamwork: "It can't be done alone, this only works as a team!"
