Rural Style Cooking of BADEMJAN KEBAB | 100% VEGETARIAN DISH | Rural Cuisine

The first food recipe that I want to share with you is my favorite dish, Bademjan Kebab, which I always make using my grandmother's recipe. This dish is vegetarian and its main ingredients include eggplants, aromatic green leaves, walnuts, and pomegranate paste. The resulting taste will leave you speechless! The curved plate with a round stone we use to grind and mix the raw food ingredients is called Namak-yar. It is a very old way of grinding used by locals. Grinding ingredients by Namak-yar takes me back to my childhood when my grandmother made this food with her kind hands. 🔵Ingredients for 5 Servings: 1 kg Eggplant 400 gr Walnut 40 gr Mint 40 gr Eryngium planum Leaves 40 gr Parsley 40 gr Basil 40 gr Satureja 4 Cloves Garlic 1 Onion 2 Tablespoons Pomegranate Paste 1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste 1 Tablespoon Ground Caraway Powder 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder Salt as Needed 🔴If you enjoy being with the Rural Cuisine channel, you can contribute to the production costs for its continuation, publication and survival.
