Holocaustmuseum, bezoek koning Willem-Alexander en bondspresident FW Steinmeier 🇩🇪🇳🇱

King Willem-Alexander, Queen Máxima, Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, and his partner Elke Büdenbender were given a guided tour at the National Holocaust Museum in Amsterdam. Director Emile Schrijver and curator Annemiek Gringold spoke about the museum, the permanent exhibition, and the history of the Shoah in the Netherlands. Later, members of the Jewish community engaged in a round-robin discussion with the guests. The Jewish participants spoke about the current situation of the Jewish community in the Netherlands and what they are trying to do to improve it. The King and the President were in Amsterdam for the state visit that Germany is paying to the Netherlands.
