Het Loo Palace has a rich history dating back to King-Stadholder William III and his wife Mary Stuart. Many generations of the House of Orange stayed at the palace in Apeldoorn, including Queen Wilhelmina and Princess Margriet. Today, Het Loo Palace is a museum, but royal parties are occasionally organized there.
