MISSION 500 - DAY 2 Let's talk about core and my favourite exercises you can do off the pole to help you on the pole 🙂 Reverse crunches Leg Raises Toe Taps Hip Bridges You can add these as part of your warm up or do them as a workout. For a workout I like to do a certain amount of reps or do them to a certain amount of time and then repeat for a minimum of 3 rounds.
