MISSION 500 - How to tilt back for inverting on the pole.
MISSION 500 - DAY 7 Tips for getting your tilt for inverting. Building your strength from the very beginning in a progressional order is sooo beneficial. 1)Biceps and back strength is the first step to get a strong tuck with good technique - The floor Pull Ups in this vid is a great exercise to do. 2)Core and hip flexors strength is also what is needed to be able to get the knees high and out. 3) Once these are strong, keep knees tucked as start to tilt a little, then pull back up and tilt again. As these get stronger tilt a bit further until you can hold it without dropping. Building up on each step = progression which comes from learning logically with time and consistency.
