Chocolate Paste / Chocolate Filling Recipe: Ā Ā Ā ā¢Ā ChocolateĀ FillingĀ /Ā PasteĀ ||Ā IsianĀ CoklatĀ ...Ā Ā Outer Crust: 250g Ninja Wheat Flour (Low Protein) 3g Baking Powder 100g Glucose 3g Ash Water / Alkali 60-65g Water 25g Vegetable Oil Inner Crust: 225g Ninja Wheat Flour (Low Protein) 3g Instant Yeast 50g Powdered Sugar 2g Ash Water / Alkali 3g Baking Powder 65g Water 50g Vegetable Oil 10g Glucose Filling: 830g Chocolate Paste/Filling 50g Roasted Almonds Note: For the dough, use a 1:1 ratio (adjust according to your results). For example, divide the crust into 8 pieces: *Total Outer Crust 460g/8 pieces = @57.5g/piece *Total Inner Crust 420g/8 pieces = @52.5g/piece The total dough for the outer and inner crust is 110g, so the filling is 110g/piece.
