Make peach and pesto pizza with me (Recipe in description)

I'm still working on my sourdough pizza dough recipe and will share it when I've figured it out. In the meantime, use your favorite pizza dough recipe or a store bought crust. Recipe: (I didn't add specific amounts bacause how much you need depends on preference and the size of the pizza.) 1 ball of pizza dough or a store bought pizza crust Basil pesto Sharp cheddar cheese, cubed Ripe peach, thinly sliced (choose one that is slightly soft but not squishy) Yellow onion or sweet onion, thinly sliced Cherry or plum tomatoes, cut into quarters or eights Fine sea salt olive oil Place a 10 inch cast iron skillet in the oven and heat to 450 F or 232 C for 1 hour. Place the pizza dough on a sheet of parchment paper and use damp hands to spread the dough into a round. Top the dough with pesto and carefully slide it onto the hot griddle. Bake for 10 minutes. Take the pizza from the oven and remove the parchment paper. To with the peaches, onion, tomatoes, and cheddar. Sprinkle with salt, brush the rim of the pizza with oil, and bake for 15 to 17 minutes. Let the pizza cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
