Banana chocolate chip muffins

Ingredients: 56 g unsalted butter 135 g all purpose flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom 1/4 tsp. baking soda 80 g light brown sugar 1 large egg 1 large speckly banana, about 160 g 40 g full fat canned coconut milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract 100 g 60% chocolate chips *Note: These muffins are baked for 5 minutes at 425 F to give the muffins that bakery look, and then the temperature is dropped to 325 F and then are baked for 20 to 22 minutes.
