You'll need 250 g (8.5 oz) of Maria-type cookies and 150 g (3.5 oz) of melted butter. Crush the cookies and mix them with the butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan and refrigerate. For the cake base: 3 eggs, 3 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp all-purpose flour, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. For the cake filling: 500 g (1 lb) of raspberries, 600 g (1 lb) of unsweetened Greek yogurt, 1/2 to 3/4 cup of sugar (depending on the tartness of the raspberries), and 5 packets of unflavored gelatin (7.5 g each), which is equivalent to 37.5 g (1/4 cup) dissolved in 200 ml (1/2 cup) of milk. (5 oz) For the strawberry sauce: Place 1 cup of strawberries in a pot with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Boil until the sugar dissolves, about 5-7 minutes, then blend.
