The Most Peaceful Stroll Through My June Garden

Welcome back to My Carolina Garden! Grab a cool drink, sit back, and step inside my yard for a beautiful, relaxing walkthrough of the garden in full June bloom. Today, I wanted to step away from the heavy chores and simply share the true peace, sights, and soothing sounds of early summer with you. As we take this casual stroll together, you’ll see how the backyard is officially turning into a lush, tropical sanctuary. We'll check out the vibrant red mandevilla and dipladenia framing the paths, the massive tropical banana plants soaking up the sun, the beautiful progress beside the greenhouse, and a sweeping look across the pool area. In the front yard we'll see how well the peninsula garden is filling out with a mix of annuals and perennials. We have splashes of color everywhere thanks for plants like the coneflowers and lantana. The June color explosion is officially here! Gardening is a lot of hard work, but moments like this—where we get to slow down and appreciate the beauty of Mother Nature—are exactly why we do it. If your day has been a little busy or stressful, I hope this peaceful garden escape brings a little joy and inspiration to your week. Thank you so much for walking with me today. My name is Nicole Roggeman, and My Carolina Garden is in coastal North Carolina, growing zone 8B.
