How to Swing Your Arms w/ Roundhouse Kicks
Many people don't know what to do with their arms when throwing the Muay Thai style roundhouse kick. Once I started to focus on how to properly swing my arms, I noticed the speed and power of my kicks increased greatly. I began studying the ways of the top-level kickboxers and came up with these two teaching cues: 1. Reach for the gun in the holster and quickly shoot the sky; while the other reaches for the opposite shoulder and flings sweat past your opponent's face.
