RUNNING ANOTHER 5K PERSONAL BEST | everything i do to get ready for a 9 pm race

We did it!!! My last 5k of the season is done! It's been quite the journey since graduating college last year. I got injured, new coach, new training, traveled domestically and internationally, and have built this amazing community of besties. Although I did not reach my goal of breaking 15:30 and the Peruvian national record, it still doesn't take away the fact that I have never felt so strong racing and the confidence to go after it. I am already so excited for next year and what that will bring. I just want to say you guys are my biggest motivators always commenting and supporting me, and I even got to see and meet some of you trackside this year!!
