It was my very first time making bagels and granola from scratch, and I’m so happy with how they turned out—even better than I expected! 🥯🥣 Being surrounded by the aroma of freshly baked bread and toasted oats was such a blissful experience. Thank you for your continued support! ✨ 🕰️time stamps: 00:00 Preview 00:11 morning 02:22 making bagels 05:50 making granola 07:41 making tomato soup 09:07 granola done 09:35 bagels again 10:00 Tidying up 10:24 bagels and tomato soup done 10:52 lunch time 🥯 Homemade Bagels (Makes 4) ▫︎ Ingredients Bread Flour: 250g Sugar: 10g Salt: 4g Dry Yeast: 3g Warm Water: 160ml Fillings of your choice (Edamame, corn, cheese, etc.) ▫︎ Instructions Combine all the ingredients and knead the dough until smooth. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes. Stretch the dough and add your favorite fillings. Wrap the dough around the fillings and shape them into rings (bagels). Cover again with a damp cloth and let them proof for 1 hour. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes. 🥣 Homemade Cocoa Granola ▫︎ Ingredients Sugar: 75g Cocoa Powder: 15g Water: 25g Rice Bran Oil: 25g Salt: A pinch Rolled Oats: 250g ▫︎ Instructions In a small pot, mix everything except the oats. Heat until it starts to simmer. Pour the mixture over the oats and mix thoroughly (about 3 mins). Spread evenly on a baking sheet. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes (no preheating needed). It gets crunchy as it cools! 🍅 Tomato Soup ▫︎ Ingredients Vegetables: Bell peppers (green/orange/red), onion, carrot, celery, cabbage, shiitake mushrooms Bacon: To taste Canned Diced Tomatoes: 1 pack Water: 2 packs (use the empty tomato pack as a measure) Consommé: 1 tbsp Salt: 1 tsp Bay Leaf: 1 leaf ▫︎ Instructions Dice all the ingredients into small cubes and put them into a pot.
