However, it's such a great product that it also excels alongside other ingredients, and there's no law that prohibits us from enjoying it sometimes on its own and other times in somewhat more imaginative preparations. These three recipes follow that path, but without overcomplicating things. The first combines tomato with some good friends, anchovies, but in a different way.
