Sour cream (20%) - 1 cup. Sugar - ½ cup. Flour - 2 tablespoons. Starch - 2 tablespoons. Butter - 250 g / 8.8 oz. Eggs - 3 pieces. In addition: Sour jam - 300-350 ml / 10.6-12.3 oz.
