Let’s Build a Chopper – Ironhead Sportster project (Part Five)

In this episode of the Ironhead chopper build, I’m knocking out a few smaller but necessary steps. I swap out the handlebars using an adapter to convert from the wide clamp spacing to the narrow 3.5” setup, then move on to installing the battery mount and battery box. I did run into a couple wrong parts, so this one’s a shorter, quicker update than usual — but it’s all part of the real-world chopper build process.
