From Spoiler Hack to Custom PCB – Porsche 964

In the last episodes, I hacked the automatic rear spoiler on my Porsche 964 using an ESP32 and built a first drivable prototype. It worked, but the hardware was still a mess: too many wires, too much soldering, and too many possible failure points. So in this episode, I take the next step and turn the Spoiler Speed Modder into a proper custom PCB. With help from someone who actually knows what he’s doing, I get the PCB designed, order the boards and components, assemble everything by hand, build a new housing, create a proper harness, and install the finished version back into the car.
