FLEX Boot Glitch: Unlocking an MD1CS003 ECU

In this video we take a Bosch MD1CS003 ECU through the full FLEX Boot Glitch unlock process, start to finish. We open the ECU, remove the surface mount resistor needed for the glitch, run the glitch procedure, hit a couple of failures along the way, work out that a resistor was needed back on the glitch line to get a clean connection, refit the original resistor, and finish with a successful bench read. This is a real world walkthrough including the mistakes, not just the clean version, so if you're planning your own MD1CS003 boot glitch this should give you a realistic idea of what to expect. This procedure works on Bosch MD1/MG1 ECUs using the Aurix TC2xx microprocessor, and requires a Full FLEX Master or Slave licence (FLS0.5M/S).
