Curtis 1239 144v Controller

Im testing out my Curtis 1239 144v 500amp controller. Wiring is different than it is with my Curtis 1238 96v 650 amp controllers in that the controller voltage of the 1239 is low voltage of 12v while the others are high voltage of the pack voltage. I have been able to get the controller to turn on without fault but have yet to get the motor to spin. Im using the same wire harness with the caveat that I still need to connect to the pre-charge via pin 4 which is not populated in this wire harness. That will be done this morning. I manually do the precharge and the controller so far is ok with that. It does seem like the noise is coming from the contactor itself and the contactor may have a built in economizer which the software says don’t use. I will attempt to utilize a different contactor. I have an older style that is 12v that should do the trick. Anyway just checking out some parameters. I may connect my other controller to the motor which does work and then take photos of the parameters so I have some comparisons I can make. Stay tuned for more. Once I get the motor to run I will be connecting a different motor then get the motor installed in the vehicle and finish the tuning.
