Search criteria: a two-room apartment in the city of Pomorie, in a building with an elevator and a deed, on the floors above, in the old part of the city in a budget of up to 100-120 thousand euros. Since at the very beginning the criteria for searching for three-room apartments up to 160 thousand were discussed, I included in the search up to 120 a couple of three-room options, as an alternative. In the end, we looked at about a dozen apartments during the day and started with options for 117 and 97 thousand euros (they are not in the video at the request of the seller's representative), then there was an interesting two-room option with a price of 92 thousand euros. A three-room apartment costing almost 110 thousand euros with local heating caused conflicting feelings among buyers. Then we saw two more options in high-quality buildings for 115 and 92 thousand, respectively. Several more apartments were shown to us from the developer in a "move in and live" condition and priced from 98 to 133 thousand euros. Well, another three-room option was shown to us by the developer's representative, or rather two three-room apartments, almost the same area, but with a slightly different layout. On the same day, the client made a decision on one option, but the owner made us wait for an answer and could not complete the transaction until August. As a result, the client switched to the next option. Three-room apartment with two bathrooms on the 4th floor in a building with an elevator and a deed, built last year, in a turnkey condition. Additionally, there was an opportunity to buy a parking space on the territory for 9 thousand euros. As a result, with a small discount, we entered into a deal, and the total amount of the apartment and parking space was 120 thousand euros. From the moment of inspections to the transaction, it took us exactly two weeks.
