At the beginning of the year, we traditionally have business trips to Malko Tarnovo. The client's criteria: an apartment with at least three rooms, ready for occupancy, preferably with a garage, within a budget of €40,000-€45,000. A garage was immediately out of the question, as it was only available in one option. The question of a house was raised, and we will look at one option so the client can try out this type of property and understand what it looks like here and what to expect. The final selection consisted of seven options, of which we were able to view six. We started with a two-room prefabricated apartment with a separate kitchen for €35,000 in a recently renovated brick building. It was a decent option for the price, but the lack of neighbors and the dilapidated entrance took their toll. Next came the cheapest apartment in this selection, priced at €25,000. It was a two-room apartment with a kitchen in a renovated prefabricated building in need of a major overhaul. We also saw a house on 300 square meters of land, which turned out to be in fairly decent basic condition on a good street, with a garage for €40,000. Next came a passable option in a renovated prefabricated building in average condition, and finally, we arrived at a three-room apartment over 90 square meters with a garage and storage space for €45,000. The owner showed us the apartment, but he wasn't the communication expert we needed and wanted a decision by 5 PM, which somewhat derailed our expectations of his mansion. The last apartment was the most expensive, and it didn't make a great impression. In fact, the second option, priced at 25,000 euros, was chosen. That same day, we found the owner, met, signed a preliminary contract, and paid a deposit.
