Street Style Mini Bun Kabab Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium -Hari mirch (Green chili) 1 -Tamatar (Tomato) 1 medium -Cooking oil 1 tbs -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp -Tikka masala 1 & ½ tsp or to taste -Aloo (Potatoes) boiled & cubes 2 medium -Cooking oil -Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled handful -Pani (Water) -Pani (Water) 2-3 tbs -Lemon juice ½ tsp -Cooking oil -Small buns 8 -Hari chutney (Green chutney) -Pyaz (Onion) -Chaat masala Directions: -Chop onion,green chili,tomato & set aside. -On griddle,add cooking oil,cumin seeds and mix -Add onion and fry until translucent. -Add green chili,tomato and mix well,cover and cook until tomatoes are soft. -Add tikka masala and mix well. -Add potato and mash well. -Add cooking oil and mix well. -Add chickpeas and water,mix & mash well. -Add water and mix well,cover and cook for 2 minutes. -Add lemon juice and mix well. -On griddle,add cooking oil and toast the bun. -On bun,add potato & chickpea mixture,green chutney,onion,chaat masala and top with another bun (makes 8). -Add cooking oil,gain fry bun kabab and serve with tomato ketchup & green chutney.
