Redefining strength during injuries | Megan Jacoby | Season II Ep. II

Hey it's Meg again, this episode is about the strength it takes to step back, to listen to your body & to choose the long game over the short-term ego. Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is not race. We will start in London with being back in the world of HYROX, surrounded by the community, the energy and everything that makes this sport so special. This chapter is about what it means to still be part of something you love, even when you’re not on the start line. But after coming back home to Cyprus, reality hit harder again. What started as hope after the injections quickly turned into another reality check. My knee got worse and the question of surgery suddenly became very real. We also go deeper into what strength really means beyond physical performance, how setbacks reshape identity & what I’ve learned through another difficult chapter. Thank you for all the support after Episode 1. More chapters are coming soon.
