Chicago looked a little different than I expected this year — no start line, no warm-up zone, no race prep. But I found my part in it. About being part of the energy, the community, the sport — even without competing. From sponsor activations to early-morning runs and cheering in the stands, this trip reminded me how much I love what I do — and why I’ll be back. It wasn’t easy stepping away from Worlds, but it was the right call for my body and my future. This season taught me that strength sometimes looks like patience. That success isn’t always defined by medals or finish times — but by growth. To everyone who’s watched this series — thank you. And to the HYROX community: your support means the world.
