Ghee Recipe : Mix Milk:Sugar:Ghee in a 3:2:1: ratio in a pan and keep stirring. Mix well until Milk boils and all 3 Ingredients come together in a perfect slightly brown consistency Transfer the mixture to a greased tray Let it cool Cut into Desired shape while still a little warm Serve with Love !
