Baked French Toast with Cinnamon Crunch Topping 1 loaf bread 8 eggs 2 cups Half and Half 1 cup whole milk 4 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup all-purpose flour Cinnamon Crunch Topping 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened 1 cup light brown sugar 1 tablespoon light corn syrup 1 teaspoon cinnamon pinch of nutmeg Make topping first by combining all ingredients and setting aside. In large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and flour. Dip bread slices one at a time and place on parchment paper lined baking pan. Spread each slice of bread with topping. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
