This video is for people who are above the age of 40 yr and want to start a fitness journey to transform their body and improve their overall health. I was able to lose a lot of body fat and gain muscle, and I did it at the age of 38 years. But initially, people doubted my decision and discouraged me to start lifting weights. Initially, these comments demotivated & discouraged me, and left me sad. But I didn’t stop and became mentally strong and started my fitness journey and I got decent results. The reason why I have made this video is to address such wrong perceptions I have shared important tips on Training or Exercise, Nutrition or Diet and Mindset.
