The enemy renames poison as relief, intimidation as respect, revenge as justice, exploitation as love, and survival as freedom. This song refuses those lies. It does not glorify gangs, cartels, organized crime, addiction, violence, poverty, or corruption. It reveals the spiritual deception operating through these systems while affirming the value of every person trapped inside them. I use my own real recorded voice as the primary narrator, testimony voice, and Scripture voice. Cinematic supporting voices portray children, parents, street influences, neighborhood residents, prayer, and the deceptive whispers that try to turn repeated trauma into identity. Your surroundings may explain some of your wounds, but they do not have the authority to name you. Your bloodline may explain the battle, but it does not own your mind. Jesus Christ exposes darkness, renews the mind, breaks destructive patterns, gives new hearts, and leads captives into real freedom. “I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.” John 8:12 KJV Normal is not freedom. Surviving is not life. Jesus walked into the darkness and turned on the light.
