Hi everyone! Today I'm sharing with you a large birthday cake with two fillings. This cake weighed almost 8 kg before decorating. 🔴 INGREDIENTS (1st FILLING) ➡️ 4 cans of sweetened condensed milk (395 g each) ➡️ 4 cans of heavy cream (200 g each) ➡️ 200 g of unsweetened shredded coconut ➡️ 1 bottle of coconut milk (200 ml) ➡️ 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine 🔴 2nd FILLING ➡️ 4 cans of sweetened condensed milk (395 g each) ➡️ 4 cans of heavy cream (200 g each) ➡️ 150 g of cocoa powder (I used 50% cocoa) ➡️ 200 g of semi-sweet chocolate bar ➡️ If you don't use chocolate bars, add 1 heaping tablespoon of butter or margarine to the recipe. 🔴 CAKE RECIPE LINK ➡️    • MASSA DE CHOCOLATE GRANDE SUPER FOFINHA - ...   🔴 CAKE SOAK ➡️ 200g sweetened condensed milk ➡️ 700ml water 🛑 Simply mix the two ingredients. The syrup is ready! Keep it refrigerated until ready to use. 🟣 I used approximately 300ml of syrup for each cake layer. 🔴 DECORATION ➡️ I used 1 liter and 200ml of very cold whipped cream. ➡️ Food coloring used for decoration: pink, blue, apricot yellow, and lilac, all from the Iceberg brand. ➡️ Piping tips used: 1M, 22, and 31 from Wilton. With the 1M I made the larger roses, with the 22 I made the smaller roses, and with the 31 I made the seashells and pitangas. 🔴 CAKE SHELF LIFE ➡️ Up to 5 days in the refrigerator. 🔴 FINAL CAKE WEIGHT ➡️ 7.896 kg without decoration.
