Today, we are trying out a wild new take on Modern Storm by cutting Gifts Ungiven! Instead, we're leaning on Flow State, and Stock Up, from Secrets of Strixhaven (MTG SOS) to organically chain draw spells and build a massive Storm count. Huge shoutout to TonyScapone from the Storm Discord for the inspiration behind this build! The goal here is to use cards like Strike It Rich, and Manamorphose, to fix our mana, allowing us to cast our blue card draw spells off of Desperate Ritual, and Pyretic Ritual. Since we gave up the deterministic Gifts Ungiven, piles, we're utilizing Artist's Talent, to loot away dead cards and Ral, Monsoon Mage, to reduce the cost of our spells. We also have a sweet backup plan with Stormcatch Mentor. Not only does the otter wizard make our spells cheaper, but it also has Prowess, meaning we can attack for lethal if our Grapeshot, isn't enough to get the job done. Thanks for watching!
