It was a SORE SIGHT to see every day - So much POTENTIAL going to WASTE

I came across this house where you could barely even see where the driveway started because it was covered with weeds, debris, and overgrowth completely taking over the front. I knocked on the door to get permission to clean it up, but nobody answered and there wasn’t a car anywhere around, so it was feeling pretty clear that the place was likely vacant. Right about then, the next-door neighbor pulled into their driveway and started unloading groceries, so I went over and asked her if she knew anything about the house or if anyone was still living there. She told me nobody’s lived there for a long time, and from what she knows, the grass barely ever gets cut, maybe once last year if that. It’s just kind of been sitting like this ever since she moved in and as a neighbor, having to look at that every single day, it’s definitely not ideal. So I decided to go ahead and take care of what I could, starting with the driveway, digging out all the built-up dirt and debris, edging everything back, and getting it cleaned up so it actually looked like a driveway again. I did the same thing along the curb and the front walkway, and then moved on to knocking down all that tall grass in the front yard. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get to the backyard because there was a big RV completely blocking access, but even just focusing on the front made a huge difference.
