We are focusing on Upper Body Strength with Kettlebells, you definitely will feel pumped by the end of it! Main focus of this Kettlebell Workout is Chest, Back, Shoulders and Core, it will take only 24 minutes to complete. You need two or one kettlebell. If you use single KB, complete rows and presses on one side first, then switch the side on next round. You can complete this Chest and Back workout at home or the gym and make it as part of the bigger session or it would be challenging workout on its own. For extra challenge, add more rounds.
