This was new style of workout for him and he completely destroyed it like a Champ! Getting my dear friends out of comfort zone in order to make their physique even more deadly and powerful! I am so thankful! This workout originally had some leg exercises,but because my leg is still recovering from little stretch - I decided not to risk and we put full focus on upper body on all levels. Don’t rush with kettlebell weight. Any kettlebell weight with this intensity and strategy will be challenging and will test your will power and fatigue resistance! Form is instrumental!
