Aft Cabin Shower Bay Preparation, Ocean Pirate 61 Part 1
Ocean Pirate 61 Part 1 This week marks another milestone in the rebuild as we begin the plan of staying aboard for longer periods. The aft cabin is becoming our temporary living space, so the focus now is on getting the essentials in place hot and cold running water, lighting, and electrical power. It's only a temporary installation, but it will allow us to keep moving while I work towards routing the permanent services beneath the wheelhouse floor and continue pushing the rebuild forward. I've also come up with a new plan that should help accelerate the project, and I'm looking forward to sharing more about that with you very soon. What you'll see in Part 61, and continue into next week's episode, isn't just about this boat. It's the same practical approach you would use to install a shower and power system on almost any vessel, making this part of the series useful whether you're restoring a boat yourself or simply enjoy seeing how these systems come together. For over a decade, Ocean Pirate has sat silent. Now, as the move to the front of the yard gets closer, we're finally preparing to leave what has become known as the graveyard behind. Soon, for the first time in more than ten years, systems aboard this historic vessel will come back to life. Every cable, every pipe, every panel fitted brings us one step closer. The finish line is still ahead, but for the first time it feels real. The light at the end of the tunnel is no longer just hope it's beginning to take shape. Part Two is on the end screen it took longer then I planned Thank you to every single one of you who has subscribed, watched, commented and encouraged me through this journey. Your support has helped keep this project moving through some incredibly difficult times, and I'm grateful to have you along for the ride. This isn't just a rebuild anymore. It's the return of Ocean Pirate. No Profit. No Shortcuts. Just the Work. Take care, everyone. 👍 Like 🔔 Subscribe 💬 Drop your thoughts in the comments https://www.fishermarine.co.uk/ https://www.greenwaymarine.co.uk/ https://king-swift.co.uk/ facebook.com/profile.php?id=100089831932156 #Liveaboard, #ClassicBoats, #BoatRestoration,
