Ocean Pirate Pre-61: Abandon Ship It’s Too Hot! Welcome back to Kingswift Ocean Pirate. I was hoping to bring you Ocean Pirate Part 61, but the UK heatwave has slowed things down for now. That said, progress has not stopped completely this update gives you a preview of what is happening, what has changed, and what is coming next. In this video, I continue work on the helm build as the timeline for moving the vessel gets closer. I’ll show what is already in place, what still needs to be finished, and why preparation is becoming more important. There is also a new challenge with the engine couplings and props, but thankfully there is now a plan. I also talk about the risks of being sold custom marine parts when they may not be needed, and why proper engineering advice can sometimes be the more practical route. I’ll also be looking ahead to getting the aft shower room ready for temporary use, as I’ll soon be staying on board for periods of time. I’ve done it before, but having a few basic comforts will make life on the vessel much easier. Thanks for watching and for supporting the channel.
