Ingredients 2 eggs A pinch of salt 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar 3/4 cup (200 g) Greek yogurt 1/3 cup (80 g) melted butter 1/2 tsp (1 g) vanilla 2⅓ cups (200 g) flour 2 tsp baking powder Filling 3/4 cup (200 g) cottage cheese 1 cup (150 g) strawberries 2 tbsp sugar 3/4 cup (110 g) blueberries Instructions Whisk eggs with salt and sugar Add Greek yogurt, melted butter, and vanilla Gradually add flour and baking powder Mix thoroughly with a blender until smooth Grease muffin tins with vegetable oil Add 2 tablespoons of batter into each muffin cup Blend cottage cheese with 3 strawberries and sugar Add the cottage cheese layer into the muffin tins Place blueberries in the center Cover with the remaining batter, about 1 tablespoon for each muffin Finely chop the remaining strawberries and spread on top Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (356°F) Let the muffins cool before serving Enjoy your meal!
