I Put Alex Crockford Through My Kettlebell Workout (Follow Along) 🔥 Kettlebell Workout Collaboration with Alex Crockford 💪 Really excited to finally bring you my first collaboration workout — and even better that it’s with ‪@AlexCrockford‬ The twist with this one is that Alex had absolutely no idea what workout I had planned beforehand 😅 I took him through the entire session in real time, so you’re experiencing the workout alongside both of us. No rehearsals, no practice runs — just a tough kettlebell session and seeing how we handled it. The workout is built around swing supersets, combining strength movements with kettlebell swings to keep the heart rate high while still building full-body strength and endurance. I’m using 1x 20kg kettlebell and Alex is using 1x 16kg kettlebell, but choose whatever weight allows you to move well and stay controlled throughout the session. Workout Structure: Timed Intervals | Swing Supersets | 6 Workout Blocks 30 sec work / 30 sec swings / 30 sec rest To Start: 1 Minute Swings 30 sec rest Main Workout: Overhead Press → Swings Bent-Over Row → Swings Goblet Squat → Swings Ribbons → Swings Tactical Lunge → Swings Crush Push-Ups → Swings Repeat the full sequence for another round.
