Place lentils, spinach and spices with 1/4 cup water in blender and blend until smooth. Heat pan over medium heat, pour tortilla batter into pan and cook 3-4 minutes, turn when sides are dry and bubbles form on top. Cook 2-3 more minutes Raw Tomato Tortilla 1 large ripe tomato or 1 cup 2 tablespoons each ground flax and psyllium husk 1/8 to 1/4 cup water if needed, spices of any kind, I used taco seasoning and salt along with a dried chili Blend ingredients then spread onto a dehydrator tray or parchment paper, dehydrate for about 4 hours, flip and continue to dehydrate for another 2-3 hours , until middle is firm and set.
