Creamy Peanut Ginger Protein Sauce Ingredients 1 package (300g) soft tofu 3 Tbsp natural peanut butter 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated 2 cloves of garlic Juice of 1 lime 2 Medjool dates, pitted 1 Tbsp rice vinegar 1 tsp white miso 2 - 4 Tbsp water Salt to taste Instructions Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth and creamy. Add water as needed to reach your desired consistency. Creamy Balsamic Protein Sauce 1 package (300g) soft tofu 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 cloves of garlic 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard 2 Medjool dates, pitted 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast ½ tsp onion powder ¼ tsp black pepper Instructions Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth and creamy. Add water if needed to reach your desired consistency. Creamy Thai Curry Protein Sauce Ingredients 1 package (300g) soft tofu ¼ cup light coconut milk or 1/8 cup of coconut milk with 1/8 cup of water 1 Tbsp curry powder 1 tsp turmeric ¼ tsp pepper 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, grated 1 clove of garlic Juice of 1 lime 2 Medjool dates, pitted 1 tsp white miso 2–4 Tbsp water Salt to taste Instructions Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
