Muito além da sala: ÁREA E BANHEIRO DE SERVIÇO pensados para RECEBER

In today's Open House, I visited a project that redefines the way we live and entertain. Architect Raquel Doné (@raqueldone) took on the challenge of transforming a classic 1950s apartment, resorting to a complete structural renovation — with a lot of "demolition" — to adapt the spaces to contemporary life. The great differentiator of this project lies in the curation: the architecture was designed around the works of art that the owner already possessed. Raquel used very interesting solutions to ensure that each piece had the prominence and visibility it deserves, treating the apartment as a private gallery. In addition to aesthetics, functionality was also rethought. Even areas that are usually hidden, such as the service area and bathroom, were planned with the same rigor, becoming integrated and welcoming spaces to receive guests. Watch the video and discover how to balance history, art, and practicality in a single home. Ah, here's a tip for my next video, another Open House I filmed with Raquel Doné:    • Apartamento CLÁSSICO em um dos PRIMEIROS c...   Photo: Wilson Mahana | @wmahana Editing: VCA Filmes (@vcafilmes) -- Follow us on social media 📲 ◼ Instagram   / casadevalentina   ◼ Pinterest   / casadevalentina   ◼ Facebook   / casadevalentina   ◼ Website https://www.casadevalentina.com.br/ ◼ TikTok   / casadevalentina   About Casa de Valentina 😉 Hi, my name is Lucila Zahran Turqueto and I'm responsible for Casa de Valentina! The project started as a blog in 2008, born from my passion for decorating spaces, when I was setting up my first home. With time and a lot of dedication, Casa de Valentina grew, took shape, and matured. I received invitations to write articles for leading magazines in the field, I was featured on a magazine cover, and we earned the title of the most influential design and décor blog in Latin America. Here on YouTube, you'll find a curated selection of architectural projects, with great interior design solutions. A space for us to share inspiration and good taste!
