I absolutely love to entertain for my friends and neighbors at my home during major sporting events This a dish i created over 20 years ago when i lived in small one bedroom apartment This recipe item has lots of flavor,textures and toppings that's so easy to eat OLD SCHOOL SUPER BOWL MACHO NACHOS Recipe: 1# ground beef(80/20) 2# velvetta cheese 4 oz can rotel tomatoes 1 package taco seasonings(i use oreta) TOPPINGS FOR NACOS: chopped sweet onions chopped tomatoes shredded cheddar cheese sour cream picante sauce sliced jalapenos shredded lettuce(optional) 1 LARGE bag FRITOS(CORN CHIPS) In large skillet brown off beef after meat is browned add taco seasonings and cook 5 more minutes and set aside In large separate pot add velvetta cheese and rotel tomatoes Slowly melt together until completely incorporated Add taco mix to the cheese mixture in the pot and stir together Build your nachos:(This is the order that i build mine) chips, hot meaty cheese sauce,onions,tomatoes ,picante sauce,jalapenos,shredded cheese,sour cream ENJOY THE GAME!!!!
