Pinning opponents is crucial for helping your team win dual meets and tournaments. Score more team points and demonstrate your dominance by pinning opponents. Once you have broken your opponent down, you can begin to work your pinning combinations. This video focuses on our favorite, high-percentage pinning combinations. I have been the head wrestling coach at North Salem High School for over a decade and have developed a successful system for training championship wrestlers.
