Follow us on social media for more recipes!   / tastemadees     / tastemadees   INGREDIENTS: 2 medium rump roasts For the marinade: 1 head of garlic 1 cup white wine 15 g fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano) 80 ml soy sauce Fresh ginger Juice of one orange 1 red onion 4 leeks 2 carrots Salt, pepper, and olive oil PREPARATION: Clean the meat, removing excess fat, and tie it to help it keep its shape. Set aside. For the marinade: Place the chopped herbs, soy sauce, wine, and orange juice in a bowl and mix. Cut the head of garlic in half and rub the meat with one of the cloves. Then, add the meat to the marinade and let it rest for 2 hours. After marinating, drain the meat and sear it in a very hot pan until browned all over. Transfer it to a baking sheet with all the chopped vegetables and finish cooking for 30 to 40 minutes in a moderate oven, covered with aluminum foil.
