(Pt 2) Honda Dealer Made it WORSE!? "Needs New ENGINE?!" (Accord VCM MISFIRE)

Now that we have a good understanding of the VCM Cylinder Deactivation System, it is clear that this Honda Accord V6 has 2 SEPARATE ISSUES: 1) Slightly low compression on Cylinders 5 and 6. 2) P3497 Caused by a VCM Malfunction that Permanently disables Cylinder 4 Let's double-check the valve clearances on the Front Bank...did the Dealer do a proper job adjusting the Valve Clearances?
