Palma, August 29 (EFE).- José María Ruiz-Mateos was released today by Palma judge María Pascual, after exercising his right not to testify in the case in which he is accused of fraud. He expressed his displeasure to the media at having been arrested and spent the night in the police station: "What a disgusting justice system." Ruiz-Mateos criticized both the judge and the judicial system after appearing before the magistrate for only about five minutes and refusing to testify in this case for alleged fraud, unfair administration, and concealment of assets in the sale of the Eurocalas hotel in Mallorca. www.efe.com
