As you guys know, I’m getting ready to head to South Africa for my marathon, and as training is slowly starting to ease up and I enter my taper phase, I’ve really been able to lock back in with my routine again. Lately I’ve been falling in love with the kitchen again, focusing on balanced high-protein meals, healthier habits, and just creating a routine that feels really good mentally and physically.
