In this video I show you how to make ''Sweet and Sour Chicken''. My recipe consists of pineapple and crispy chicken. The pineapple gives us the natural sweet and sour taste. Ingredients for 2 servings 380 g chicken breast 200 g wheat flour type 405 500 ml frying oil for frying 2 tbsp cooking oil 3 cloves of garlic 120 grams of onions 370 g peppers in 3 colors 200 grams of pineapple 100ml of water 3 tbsp sugar 3 tablespoons oyster sauce 4 tablespoons light soy sauce 2 tbsp vinegar 4 tablespoons ketchup 2 tbsp cornstarch salt and pepper Preparation of cooking Cut the chicken breast into cubes of about 2 cm. Peel and quarter the onion. Wash the peppers, remove the stems, seeds and white ribs. Then cut into squares of about 2 cm. Cut the pineapple into cubes of about 2 cm. Alternatively, you could use canned pineapple to save the time. cooking instructions Mix chicken breast with salt and pepper and then dredge in flour. Fry the chicken pieces in approx. 500 ml hot oil for about 3 minutes over medium heat. Fish out the chicken pieces when they are golden brown. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan or wok. Add the chopped garlic and stir-fry over medium-high heat until fragrant. Add the onion and sauté until translucent. Add the peppers and pineapple and sauté over high heat for about 1 minute. Pour in 100 ml of water. Mix everything well and let it get hot. Add sugar, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, vinegar and ketchup. Dissolve the cornstarch in 100 ml water and pour it over.
