The founders of Nirvana Films, a production house in Bangalore, Sneha Iype and Prakash Verma have a second home in Kochi, about a three-hour drive from their Bangalore residence. The couple bought this house from the previous owner Ashok Koshy, a photographer whose work pays homage to the artistic history of India. Their vision for this vacation home included a spacious courtyard and direct views of the backwaters.
