Dr. Sam Schroetke demonstrates Mobilization with Movement (MWM) for Tibial Internal Rotation (IR), which is a great exercise for reducing or abolishing limited or painful knee flexion. This exercise is not for everyone, so check with your physical therapist or physician before performing it to make sure that it is appropriate for you. Typical dosing is 10-15 repetitions 3-5 times per day.
